Customers should provide their own bedding – pillows and duvets, plus sheets, or sleeping bags. We can advise on the most suitable bedding.

All of our vehicles are fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher and come complete with a valid legally required Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (many rental vehicles do not have this certificate). We also provide high visibility jackets and warning triangles in case of breakdown.

All vehicles benefit from full European breakdown cover should you need any assistance whilst on holiday (EU travel by prior arrangement only).

Pets

This motorhome is dog friendly. A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are kept off soft furnishings, are well behaved and any evidence of their presence is kept to a minumum. Any damage (e.g. chewing) will result in a charge from the security deposit.

Booking Terms

This is a brief summary of the main terms for making a booking. Our full terms can be viewed here.

Standard collection time is from 2pm and return is by 11am. Depending on other bookings earlier collection or later return may be possible but it is very important agreed collection and return times are adhered to in order not to disrupt other customer collections.

For bookings more than six weeks ahead a non-refundable £250 deposit (or less if the total cost is less than £250) is due to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due to be settled in full 6 weeks before collection.

In the event of cancellation by you the following charges apply: More than six weeks (42 days) before collection: the Booking Deposit, four to six weeks before the Collection Time: 50% of the Hire Charge, less than four weeks before collection: 100% of the Hire Charge.

A £1000 security deposit is payable by credit or debit card only in the name of the main driver on the day of collection. (No cash can be accepted). All drivers *must* be present on collection of the vehicle, complete with their driving licence and ID documents as specified.

It is essential that all drivers are able to satisfy the requirements of our insurers. You can read them here. If any of these terms cannot be satisfied we regret that we will be unable to release the vehicle and no monies can be refunded.

Collection and return days are Monday to Saturday (no collections or returns on Sundayd). To get a quote simply click on Collection Date below – the available dates will be shown. Then click on Return Date and pick one of the available return dates.

Once you have selected the dates a price will be shown which includes vehicle hire and fully comprehensive insurance. The £1000 security deposit is payable by credit or debit card in the name of the main driver on the day of collection. This is returned within 7 days of the vehicle returning to us on time and with no damage.

Please note: Longer bookings have a cheaper price per night than shorter bookings. The cheapest per night rates displayed are for bookings of 7 nights or longer.
